Overview
Associate Lecturers are sought to teach on our postgraduate level Understanding Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence programmes, both online and via blended learning, taught at the University of Worcester campuses. The role sits within the Department of Community, Social Justice and Health, part of the School of Health and Wellbeing. The School focuses on personal growth and professional development in Criminology, Social Work, and Health and Wellbeing.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for individuals to teach on postgraduate modules related to Understanding Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, in online and blended formats. The role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive academic environment and contribute to flexible, practical, and inspiring teaching and student support.
Qualifications and ExperienceWe particularly welcome applications from individuals with expertise in domestic/sexual abuse research and/or practice. We are also interested in applicants with specialist knowledge of effective work with those who perpetrate abuse and in the prevention of domestic/sexual violence. Details about staff profiles and research areas illustrate depth and breadth of experience and expertise.
Notes and Additional Information- If successful at interview, you will be invited to join a pool of sessional lecturers and we will contact you if suitable work becomes available. Employment is not guaranteed and is subject to student numbers. The number of hours available may be a few hours per week.

- If not already an employee, the appointed candidate will be employed through Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Worcester, and will be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE pension scheme (subject to eligibility).
