Associate Lecturer in Domestic and Sexual Violence

Overview

Associate Lecturers are sought to teach on our postgraduate level Understanding Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence programmes, both online and via blended learning, taught at the University of Worcester campuses. The role sits within the Department of Community, Social Justice and Health, part of the School of Health and Wellbeing. The School focuses on personal growth and professional development in Criminology, Social Work, and Health and Wellbeing.

The programme has delivered postgraduate domestic/sexual abuse teaching for 20 years, and successful applicants will join a small, enthusiastic team.

We are looking for individuals to teach on postgraduate modules related to Understanding Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, in online and blended formats. The role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive academic environment and contribute to flexible, practical, and inspiring teaching and student support.

We particularly welcome applications from individuals with expertise in domestic/sexual abuse research and/or practice. We are also interested in applicants with specialist knowledge of effective work with those who perpetrate abuse and in the prevention of domestic/sexual violence.
