Overview Join Gallagher as a Design Specialist in our Partnerships UK team. Youll be part of a global group that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Reporting to the Lead Partnership Designer for EMEA, youll play a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-compliant designs that make an impact. How you'll make an impact In this role, youll manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring every design is high-quality, brand-compliant, and delivered on time. Youll collaborate with the partnerships team to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent look and feel across all assets. Heres what youll do:
Create and refine design concepts with the Lead Designer. Manage edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from intake to delivery. Ensure designs are optimised for platforms like social media and print. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. About You Experience in graphic design within an egency or in-house enviroment. Corporate, events or patnerships experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects is a plus. A proactive and organised approach to managing projects and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of print processes and large-format production. The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Strong communication skills to understand and deliver on stakeholder needs. Right to work in the UK.
