Join Gallagher as a Design Specialist in our Partnerships UK team. You’ll be part of a global group that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Reporting to the Lead Partnership Designer for EMEA, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-compliant designs that make an impact. In this role, you’ll manage creative projects from start to finish, ensuring every design is high-quality, brand-compliant, and delivered on time.

You’ll collaborate with the partnerships team to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent look and feel across all assets.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Create and refine design concepts with the Lead Designer.
• Manage edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from intake to delivery.
• Ensure designs are optimised for platforms like social media and print.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

• Experience in graphic design within an agency or in-house environment.
• Corporate, events or partnerships experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of print processes and large-format production.
• The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills to understand and deliver on stakeholder needs.
• Right to work in the UK.
