Architectural Technologist

Location:

Glasgow or Edinburgh Morson is recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their busy Design Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and 3D BIM models - Produce technical reports and coordinate designs across projects - Advise colleagues and support internal teams and external consultants - Work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors

Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years' job-running experience in an architectural or surveying practice - Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, with BIM experience - Understanding of contract administration and construction techniques - CIAT membership preferred retrofit experience advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:
