Senior Architectural Technologist

Glasgow Architectural practice seeks a Senior Technologist to help support the delivery of a state-of-the-art £100m development in Scotland.

Confero Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting a leading Glasgow Architectural Practice as they expand their technical team. We are looking for a talented Senior Technologist, who is able to step into a role of real responsibility across high-profile sport & leisure projects.

If you are motivated by technical delivery, thrive in a collaborative studio, and want to see your work built, then this is a standout opportunity.

You will play a key part in delivering complex, design‑led sport and leisure schemes, working predominantly through RIBA stages 4-5. Expect hands‑on involvement in technical detailing, coordination, Revit modeling, and on‑site problem solving. This is a role where your technical judgement genuinely shapes project outcomes.

• 5+ years experience
• strong technical knowledge and confident working through RIBA stages 4-5
• proficiency in Revit is essential
• ability to produce accurate technical drawings and details
• experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
• a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset

• a £100m major development, plus a further pipeline of a smaller £5m+ jobs
