Design development and delivery of projects across multiple sectors, including bespoke residential, commercial offices, refurbishments, new builds, defence, and MOD projects ranging from £5 m to £150 m. Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, preparing, reviewing and managing detailed design packages, including planning submissions, tender documentation, and construction information, and producing high‑quality drawings on Revit.

Support the design development and delivery of high‑quality residential projects while also contributing to a diverse portfolio of new construction and refurbishment works. Lead and deliver projects within a value range of £5 m to £120 m+ and foster strong client, consultant and contractor relationships throughout all RIBA stages.

• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Experience with various construction methods (advantageous)
• In‑depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methodologies and material specifications
• ARB, RIBA or RIAS qualified Architect
• Live within a commutable distance of Glasgow
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to technical challenges
