Réalis is looking to recruit innovative architects and designers to be part of our Glasgow office-based practice in Scotland & the North. We are a top‑10 UK‑based global design practice with over 450 architectural staff across the UK, delivering projects worldwide. Our diverse team specialises in Education, Commercial, Energy, Defence and Residential, with roles ranging from Architects and Technologists to Interior Designers, Landscape Architects and Building Surveyors.

• Requires a recognised Part III qualification and ability to produce detailed 2D/3D design drawings, concept sketches and presentation graphics.
• Self‑motivated, strong team player willing to learn and improve.
• Deliver tight deadlines on time and on budget, working effectively within a team.

• Proven track record of working in UK practice; ability to contribute to complex projects of all sizes.
• Highly computer literate: skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent presentational and communication skills, verbally and visually.
• Organised, efficient, detail‑orientated, able to work under pressure.
• Positive, flexible, collaborative attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
