Service Advisor - NO Weekend Working

Vertu Nissan Glasgow South has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well established business. There is no weekend working with this position, every weekend is your own.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
• Upsell additional products and follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
• Act as the liaison between the customer and the workshop to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Previous customer facing service experience is essential to be considered.
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are paramount.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
