Title: Customer Service Account Manager (B2B) - Central and North Scotland (Field-Based)
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Location: Central and North Scotland (Largely Field Based, Working for a Perth based Facility)

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager for a long-established, market-leading provider of commercial linen rental and industrial laundry services, supporting hospitality and other commercial customers across Scotland.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking someone to join their Service Account Management Team, managing an existing portfolio of clients across Central and North Scotland. This role will be attributed to the Perth facility of a national chain, which services various clients across Scotland.
The RoleReporting to the Service Manager, you ll take ownership of day-to-day account management, focusing on customer retention, service performance and account development. You ll be the key point of contact for customers on-site and will work closely with internal teams to ensure service levels consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Retain and develop existing customers through regular site visits and proactive contact with both operational staff and senior management.
- Assess customer needs on an ongoing basis and coordinate internally to deliver solutions and maintain high service standards.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio/territory (upsell and service expansion).
- Ensure company procedures are followed, maintained and improved; ensure customers are aware of and trained in these procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication standards with customers and across internal departments.
- Liaise closely with the Customer Service Contact Centre and operational teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
We re looking for a customer-service-focused, results-driven professional who is confident working in a fast-paced, service-led and competitive environment.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service/account management in a B2B setting (service-based environment preferred).
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Professional, confident and self-motivated with a clear focus on delivery and outcomes.
- Numerate, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient IT skills (e.g., Outlook/Excel and CRM-style systems).
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points (company car provided).
- 40 hours per week
- In charge of your own diary, with 3 customer visits expected per day.
- Field-based across the West of Scotland with regular customer site visits (role is in person)
