Foreign Exchange Consultant- Fort

• Interact with customers in person at our Foreign Exchange Bureau, delivering excellent service while handling their foreign currency needs.
• Stay informed about the latest daily exchange rates, monitoring local competition to ensure competitive offerings.
• Process large cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting additional travel-related products and services.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of foreign currency, ensuring availability to meet customer demands.
• Conduct precise cash reconciliations and adhere to banking procedures in line with company policies.

• Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and knowledge of daily exchange rates.
• Confidence in reconciling cash accurately and following company banking policies.
