What you’ll be doingAs the first point of contact, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and supportive guidance around accounts and payment arrangements.
You’ll manage a variety of situations, including customers experiencing changes in personal circumstances, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
