Leasing Assistant – Student Accommodation

Overview

Act as the on-site presence for a brand-new student accommodation development in Glasgow, representing the client’s brand and supporting leasing activity, engagement and resident experience from launch onwards.

• Secure bookings through property viewings, enquiries, open days and promotional events
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to prospective and current residents
• Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
• Track enquiries and leads, update CRM systems and report on performance and conversion
• Maintain presentation standards across the property for tours, events and marketing activity
• Support resident engagement through tours, events and digital interaction

• Customer-service and sales-focused with a confident, engaging approach
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Comfortable delivering property tours, live streams and hosting events
• Confident using social media platforms in a professional environment
• Positive, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills
• Confident using social media platforms for engagement and promotion
• Desirable: experience in event planning, marketing or the student accommodation sector
