German speaking Customer Service Advisor

Very well-established company in the travel industry

Assist customers with bookings and any enquiries they may have

• Manage bookings from provisional to confirmed
• Provide support with bookings amendments
• Give advice to customers on different tours available to them
• Liaise with suppliers and create strong working relationships with them
• Quickly adapt to change such as accommodation closures or travel disruptions

• Fluent in German (written and verbally) - Essential
• Previous experience in a customer service role - Ideal
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• IT literate
