Our client is seeking a commercially astute, customer‑focused leader to join their senior team as Head of Customer & Product Sales. This is a pivotal leadership role with the responsibility for shaping the customer experience across every touchpoint.
You’ll take ownership of customer strategy, product sales performance and customer operations, leading teams across customer service, contact centres, commercial sales and travel trade partnerships. Using CRM insight and data‑led decision making, you’ll optimise customer journeys, personalise engagement and strike the right balance between digital and human automation.
Key Responsibilities- Defining and delivering a customer and product sales strategy aligned to wider business objectives.
- Leading and developing high‑performing, customer‑facing teams to deliver service excellence and commercial results.
- Acting as a senior voice on customer experience and product development.
- Overseeing all customer contact channels, most importantly, contact centres.
- Owning customer satisfaction performance, including NPS and CSAT, and leading improvement initiatives based on CRM feedback and data.
- Senior leadership experience in aviation, travel, hospitality or a similarly customer‑driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improved customer outcomes.
- Deep understanding of customer journey design, service delivery and operational excellence.
- Hands‑on CRM experience;
Hub Spot knowledge is highly advantageous - Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Experience with GDS platforms, digital channels, automation and AI tools is desirable
- A genuine interest in aviation and awareness of industry trends
- Drive product performance across all channels - B2B, B2C, D2C, trade, corporate and distribution platforms.
