  Monday to Saturday 7:00‑21:00, Sunday 10:00‑17:00 – flexibility required
• Training: 3 weeks
• Contract Handle:
  Full Time Permanent (40 hours per week)
• Background Checks:

• Assist customers over the telephone to use digital banking services and guide them through processes.
• Resolve any customer queries and issues regarding their banking accounts.
• Build heartfelt conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across contact centres to ensure customers receive the right assistance.
