Part‑time – 18.75 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract.

Hours:

Monday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Rate:
Notional hourly rate £12.71.

The heart of the Tradepoint counter you will engage with all kinds of trade members every day, take ownership of their accounts, listen to their needs and recommend the right products and services to help them thrive.

• Deal with all kinds of trade members at the Tradepoint counter.
• Build and maintain relationships with Tradepoint members to understand their businesses.
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer conversations.
• Promote trade loyalty scheme and assist members with sign‑ups.
• Work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

• Great communicator and team worker with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to adapt your approach to different customers and situations.
• Skill in building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Willingness to continuously develop skills through training and peer learning.
• Flexibility to work the required rota, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
