We are looking for a 2D Artist to translate creative briefs into stunning visual guides and in‑game assets that define the look of our games. In this hands‑on role you will collaborate across disciplines, working alongside Design and Production to deliver artwork that adheres to the project’s style and scope. You will be instrumental in maintaining the creative vision, ensuring our visual storytelling meets the high quality our players expect.

Responsibilities- Asset Creation:
Design and create high‑quality 2D assets including concept art, characters, environments, UI elements and marketing materials that align with the project's narrative and visual style. - Collaboration & Implementation:
Work closely with Design and Production to integrate assets into the game engine, ensuring they meet technical, aesthetic and performance standards. - Visual Problem Solving:
Interpret creative briefs to provide artistic solutions that fit within the project's budget, schedule and scope, proactively addressing any creative challenges. - Feedback & Iteration:
Actively participate in reviews, accepting feedback from Leads/Seniors and iterating on work to meet the project's quality benchmarks. - Pipeline Support:
Assist in maintaining style guides and documentation, ensuring consistent best practices are shared across the Art Department.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of 2D skills (concept to production art) and the ability to adapt to different visual styles.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss creative ideas, estimates and schedule impacts clearly with non‑art stakeholders. - Technical Understanding:
Ability to prepare artwork for engine integration and a solid understanding of how art choices impact game performance and production schedules. - Adaptability:
Comfortable working within a collaborative, fast‑paced studio environment, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- 3D Capabilities:
Ability to support the team with 3D asset creation if project needs arise. - Pre‑Production
Experience:
Experience assisting with pitch decks, visual development (Vis‑Dev) or project bidding and scoping. - Mentorship:
Experience providing constructive feedback (paintovers, sketch‑overs) to support the growth of junior or less experienced artists.
