Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range: Depending on experience

Working Arrangement: Office based with site visits - Hybrid
Hours of Work: Up to 40 hours per week
Role InformationSeeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, professional team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cost management and a deep understanding of Multi-Disciplinary Infrastructure.
Qualifications / Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying in a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Manage and oversee the cost planning, budgeting, and cost control processes
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize project costs
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations
- Analyse and report on project costs, risks, and budget performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies
Due to the nature of the project, the role can only accept sole UK Nationals with the ability to gain SC Clearance.
