We are seeking a number of Quantity Surveyors for engagements within the Main Contractor environment on projects within the Caribbean - x4 specific locations. These projects can range from US $10m to upwards of US $100m+ across the Commercial, Hospitality, and Luxury Residential sectors. These roles may suit someone currently at a more Intermediate level, and/or early into their Senior positions within their career.

These are long term opportunities with a strong pipeline of work and they are keen to bring someone into the team who is looking for their next long term career step.

• Procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers
• Updating senior managers on the procurement and commercial activities
• Assisting with Estimating and Bidding
• Carrying out Value Engineering
• Preparing Bill of Quantities
• Setting Budgets & Preparing cash flows
• Contract Administration
• Prepare Interim payments & Approving payments for suppliers
• Monitoring the construction cost during construction
• Preparing Valuations, Measurements and Variations
• Preparing Cost Value Reconciliation

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (preferably)
• A solid background within a UK main contracting environment
• Stable career history
• Experience of new build projects of values from US $10m+
• Full project lifecycle/package experience (a necessity)
• Between 6-10 years in the field as a Quantity Surveyor.
