Estimator - Interior Fit‑Out & Refurbishment

Glasgow Full‑Time, Permanent

55,000 - 60,000 + Car Allowance

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our commercial team. This role focuses on pricing fit‑out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200K to £2M.

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations.
• Collaborate with the commercial and pre‑construction teams to develop competitive bids.
• Manage tender return documentation and handover to delivery teams.

• Proven experience estimating interior fit‑outs or refurbishment works.
• Confident pricing works up to £2M.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and scope documents.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• Joinery background or experience in bespoke joinery is highly desirable.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
