We’re looking for a Graduate or Trainee Building Surveyor to join our growing team in the West and East of Scotland. This this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role

As a Graduate/Trainee Building Surveyor, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship as you work towards independently becoming a Chartered (MRICS) or Associate (Assoc

RICS) Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Building Surveyors undertake a wide range of surveys such as:

  • Condition Reports
  • Schedules of Dilapidations
  • Project Management
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • Contract Administration

A key part of your development will involve learning how to inspect properties, identify defects, and advise clients. You’ll gain practical, hands‑on experience across a broad spectrum of properties and client needs, while working closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors.
