Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of civil engineering projects, targeted within the energy sector from start to finish. Your duties will include cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial practices within the business.
What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Substantial experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of NEC and other standard forms of contract.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A full UK driving licence.
