Sprinkler Site Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus a company vehicle.

We're looking for an experienced Sprinkler Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of commercial fire protection projects. You ll lead installation teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all sprinkler systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards. • Managing the day-to-day site operations for fire sprinkler installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Supervising installation teams and subcontractors, providing clear direction and maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and progress on site.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality, productivity, and health & safety compliance.
• Ensuring full compliance with British Standards (BS EN 12845), industry regulations, and company procedures.
• Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and H&S records.
• Resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays.

• Proven experience as a Sprinkler Site Manager or Supervisor within the sprinkler/fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and relevant fire safety regulations.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to drive teams on site.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and contractors.
• Good working knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management procedures.
