Overview

We're looking for an experienced Sprinkler Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of commercial fire protection projects. You ll lead installation teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all sprinkler systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day site operations for fire sprinkler installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Supervising installation teams and subcontractors, providing clear direction and maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and progress on site.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor quality, productivity, and health & safety compliance.
  • Ensuring full compliance with British Standards (BS EN 12845), industry regulations, and company procedures.
  • Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits, progress reports, and H&S records.
  • Resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays.
What we re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Sprinkler Site Manager or Supervisor within the sprinkler/fire protection industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and relevant fire safety regulations.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to drive teams on site.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and contractors.
  • Good working knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management procedures.
