Overview

We are seeking a motivated CSCS Construction Labourer to join our team in the central belt. This role involves assisting with various construction tasks on-site, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about the construction industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-quality construction projects across the central belt.

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
• Preparing sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising materials
• Moving materials around the site safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Assisting with minor repairs or tasks as directed by supervisors
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in good condition and properly stored after use

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment is advantageous
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team are essential skills for success in this role
