Senior Quantity Surveyor

This company is a well established commercial builder who have become a leader within their field delivering specialist commercial projects ranging from £1m up to £30m.

The projects are varied & engaging and the business has developed a real reputation for quality. Through this they have made strong relationships with a blue chip client list with the majority of work secured by way of repeat business, providing a stable and consistent pipeline.

Due to planned growth they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Glasgow.

• Full commercial management of projects up to £30 million
• Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working closely with site and project teams to drive commercial performance

• Proven experience within general contracting across a range of projects
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Equivalent
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary up to circa £65,000 depending on experience
• Secure pipeline of work
