Site Agent

Position: Site Agent (Permanent)
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded engineering and infrastructure contractor to assist them in hiring a Site Agent for their growing team in Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent to play a key role in the delivery of technically challenging projects across civil engineering and structural works, within a business known for quality, safety, and long-term investment in its people.

As the Site Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

* Planning and programming works in line with project requirements

* Liaising with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

* Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

* Proven experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar role within civil engineering or structural works

* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site procedures

* Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectively

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* A proactive, problem-solving approach to site management
