• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264
• Working across commercial and mixed‑use sites
• Producing accurate, compliant survey reports
• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Good understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Full UK driving licence
