Demolition / Civils Site Supervisor Scotland (Central Belt)

SEDR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demolition/Civils Site Supervisor to oversee demolition enabling works and below-ground pipework removal across Scotland and the North of England. This role is ideal for a hands‑on supervisor with strong knowledge of demolition practices site safety and multi‑site coordination.

• Supervise structural and industrial demolition works

• Lead removal of pipework underground services and decommissioned utilities

• Manage labour plant subcontractors and daily site activities

• Deliver site inductions briefings toolbox talks and safe systems of work

• Ensure compliance with CCDO standards HSE legislation and approved RAMS

• Maintain daily reports check sheets and site documentation

• Liaise with engineers clients and internal project teams

• Uphold high safety quality and productivity standards

• CCDO Supervisor (or Manager level)

• SSSTS minimum (SMSTS desirable)

• EUSR / EU RS qualification beneficial

• Proven background in demolition and/or civils enabling works

• Experience managing crews or multiple work fronts

• Strong understanding of HSE standards (HSG
  47 HSG
  150)

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
