• Preparation of detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets.
• Value engineering and cost control throughout the project.

• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and risk management.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, ideally in commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant professional qualification (MRICS preferred).
