Tinies Glasgow are seeking dedicated and experienced Temporary Nannies to join our team and provide exceptional childcare solutions to local families. Our agency serves families in Glasgow City, East Renfrewshire, West & East Dunbartonshire, North & South Lanarkshire, Stirling, Argyll & Bute, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde & Western Isles, North & South Lanarkshire, East, North & South Ayrshire.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare and support to families according to their individual needs and preferences.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities, fostering children's development, learning, and well-being.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about the child's activities, progress, and any relevant updates.
- Adhere to established routines, guidelines, and preferences set by the parents.
- Collaborate with the Tinies team to create a positive and nurturing environment for children.
- PROFESSIONAL CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL. Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, au pair, teacher, or in a related role is preferred.
- Flexibility and reliability are crucial to meet varying family schedules and requirements.
- Possession of an up-to-date PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID certificate is MANDATORY.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on their holistic growth and development.
- Ability to adapt to different family dynamics and household routines.
- Proactive and creative approach to engaging children in educational and recreational activities.
