An exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work within our DC pensions consultancy team.

We will provide a wide range of work experiences for the successful candidate within a supportive and entrepreneurial atmosphere. • Client management – answering day-to-day queries, understanding client needs and how to meet them, agreeing remuneration structures and signing off technical reports for existing clients.
• Business development – growing new business pipeline, taking ownership of growth, identifying risks and opportunities, and cross-selling DC services to group risk, PMI and DB pension clients.
• People management – overseeing associate/junior consultants, helping them with development.
• Proposition development – contributing to the development of Broadstone’s DC and financial wellbeing proposition to ensure that we continue to be a market leader.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in DC pensions consultancy and at least 2 years’ experience in a senior role.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and a proven track record of growing new revenue.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to DC and workplace savings solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
