Defence Air Industry Business Development Manager

Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Hybrid – across all UK office locations

Closing date: 30th March 2026 (early applications encouraged)

Role

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager – Defence Air Industry to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for growing a profitable portfolio of clients, shaping sector strategy, and overseeing high‑value bids. You will:

  • Shape and execute sector growth strategies across Consultancy and Ventures.
  • Own client relationships and run bid processes to secure profitable contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical, strategy, and delivery teams to align services with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for capability and capacity growth.
About You
  • Deep market knowledge and key relationships in Defence Air.
  • Experience securing and leading large‑scale contracts.
  • Solid commercial acumen and experience managing supply chains.
  • Effective communicator, able to gain buy‑in across senior levels and teams.
