We have a proven model and a a clear value proposition. We are now looking for a commercially minded Head of Business Development to lead our next stage of growth from our Glasgow office.

This is a role for someone who can take an established vision and make it their own. We are not looking for someone who needs direction at every turn. We are looking for a driven, creative professional who brings fresh thinking, commercial instincts and a genuine commitment to delivering results. You will understand the student-athlete journey, know how to build and maintain institutional partnerships, and be ready to take full ownership of the business development function from day one.

• Drive Growth
  :
  Manage a team to take our existing growth strategy and execute it at a high level, identifying new collegiate athletic programs, university partners, and opportunities beyond the traditional model to expand our reach and strengthen our brand.
• Strategic Execution
  :
  Manage the full business development cycle from first contact to successful placement, including CRM management, outreach, proposals, and consultations with prospective student-athletes and their families.
• Partnership Management
  :
  Be the face of Libero Pathways, managing existing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic.
• Think Commercially
  :
  Contribute to how we refine our revenue strategy, outreach approach, and partnership model as we scale. We want your ideas on the table, not just your execution.
• On the Road:Be prepared to travel when the role requires it. Whether it’s attending key events in person, or travelling between our offices in Glasgow, UK and Cincinnati, OH, you are ready to represent Libero Pathways whenever needed.

• Practical Visionary: You can follow a roadmap while bringing the fresh ideas that help us work smarter. You back your instincts with hard work and data.
• A Real Communicator: Whether writing to an Athletic Director, speaking with a prospective student-athlete and their family, or presenting a new idea to the internal team, you communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Local Presence: You are based in or around Glasgow and ready to be part of the team in person, with the maturity to manage your time effectively when working remotely.
