We have an exciting opportunity working within the Supply Chain Credit Management team of a global company on a full‑time, 2‑year contract, reporting to a Credit Management Team Manager. Training will be provided as you learn and develop into the role.

The distribution operation in Glasgow dispatches around 110 million books globally each year and provides full order‑to‑cash services for a variety of third‑party clients.
JobPurpose
To support the Credit Management team with all aspects of administration and project work.
Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities- Managing all aspects of processing within credit management
- Managing all aspects of cash management
- Responsible for accurate dispute/cash management query resolution
- Ensuring all KPIs are met
- Identification of potential queries and issues
- ADHOC duties
- Ability to meet deadlines as directed by Team Manager
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Excel skills
- Good time management
