Account Manager - pa;

Salary: £35k to £40k pa (depending on experience)

• Effective and professional management of key accounts, ensuring that communication is always clear and complete, understanding customer needs and striving to deliver high quality and unique print offering.
• Take full ownership of your accounts and possess outstanding customer service skills, constantly striving to exceed expectations and develop strong and trusted partnership relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and be a quick learner regarding new processes and MIS systems. Be confident in presenting to customers and colleagues and take pride in constantly developing your knowledge through sharing best practice and personal growth.

• Candidate can be from a print or packaging background.
• Strong account management skills with outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
