Role PurposeThe Client Account Payments Coordinator will work within the Client Account Payment Services Team to manage client land agreement obligations and support Project Teams with data analysis, tracking, forecasting, and processing payments for client accounts related to new and existing infrastructure projects. The role ensures the accurate and timely management of payment obligations while providing opportunities for professional development in areas such as compulsory purchase, land rights, and compensation.
Responsibilities- Processing Payments: Handle payment requests for various frequencies (one-off, monthly, annual, quarterly).
- Approval Coordination: Seek necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders.
- Data Management: Record agreement obligations/data into the bespoke asset management system (Atlas) and update commentary.
- Support Project Team: Assist with data analysis and payment obligations as required by the Client and address obligation queries.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with associated stakeholders via telephone and email, attend meetings as necessary.
- Data Migration: Assist with transferring agreement and associated data between client and internal systems.
- Document Management: Maintain documentation and provide guidance on roles and responsibilities.
- Trackers Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of trackers and data
- Relationship Building: Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- People Leadership: Desire to develop and learn leadership skills to inspire high‑performing teams.
- Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of infrastructure market and awareness of policy changes.
- Land Rights Knowledge: Familiarity with land access, rights, wayleaves, easements, licenses, compensation framework, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.

Strong skills in numerical and analytical tasks for accurate forecasting and reporting. - Communication

Excellent interpersonal skills for clear and concise verbal and written communication to various audiences.
