About the RoleWe’re hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on growing strategic partnerships across the UK and Europe. You’ll be on the front lines of sales, hunting new business opportunities, building commercial relationships, and helping major clients navigate the complex world of cross‑border transactions.
This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone entrepreneurial, target‑driven, and comfortable owning the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing enterprise‑level deals.

- Stay organised: Track activities and pipeline performance via CRM tools—accuracy and insight matter here.
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales within the payments, fintech, or financial services sector.
- A strong network and track record of success selling to enterprise‑level clients, think global PSPs, remittance businesses, challenger banks, etc.
- A strategic mind with hands‑on sales energy. You can open doors and close deals.
- Deep understanding of cross‑border payments, regulatory environments, and what clients really care about.
- Excellent relationship‑builder with high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems and producing meaningful sales reports.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and naturally proactive.
