What You’ll Be Doing- Building and expanding the Scotland region, starting with Glasgow
- Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers across:
- Housing associations
- Local authorities
- Architects
- Hospitals
- Direct private clients
- Promoting and securing work for the company’s specialist cladding and façade remedial services
- Conducting client visits, site meetings, surveys, and solution-focused conversations
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and growth
- A solid background in the construction sector
- Experience selling a service-led solution (rather than a product)
- Existing relationships or network within housing associations, councils, architects, or similar markets
- A natural ability to build trust and rapport — you enjoy being out meeting people
- Energy, ambition, and the drive to build a region from day one
- A full UK driving licence
Experience with cladding or facades is a significant advantage, but not essential — attitude, drive, and industry understanding are key.
