As an Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on business insight, helping you to develop key skills and experience. We have exciting and varied opportunities across our Commercial Insurance function. The internships will run from June to September 2026.

What you’ll be doing :
Working on projects that will have a positive impact on our customers and colleagues, adding real value to the business. Developing great personal and business skills, with support from mentors and highly experienced business leaders. Researching and preparing reports, presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels, in line with the placement objectives. Assist in developing strategic initiatives and market intelligence frameworks, to enhance decision-making using data analysis, market research, and stakeholder engagement. Risk Engineering in Glasgow:
You’ll develop problem-solving, data, and risk management skills to support process efficiency projects and risk factor assessments, for emerging customer processes. Initially you’ll be based in our offices full time, where you can get to know your team and learn from our great leaders.

Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have graduated within the last 12 months. Must be available for the full duration of the internship from mid-June to September 2026 on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) in one of the nominated locations listed above. Passion, creativity and a growth mindset. Curiosity, like to challenge the status quo and ask questions.

Desire to learn from some great experienced leaders. Appetite to develop a career in the insurance industry. Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with resilience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytically minded with problem-solving skills. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. You’ll need to live within a commutable distance of your offered location.
