Opportunity

Working in the People Team (People Operations & Talent Acquisition Recruitment), 2 exciting opportunities have arisen to support our teams on a 6‑month secondment / Fixed Term Contract as People Operations Administrators.

The Role

The People Operations team are at the centre of all our people administration from payroll updates to onboarding new colleagues. They ensure our line managers and colleagues can find information and self‑serve along with continuously improving our processes.

There are a number of administrative processes and tasks from inputting new joiner on to the system to inviting candidates in for interview to creating their offer on the system.

Working alongside the existing teams you’ll handle colleague and candidate information, which requires that you maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.

What you’ll bring
  • Ability to communicate effectively (in oral and written form) with candidates, agencies and Hiring Managers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and able to work on own initiative on key activities.
  • Experience and knowledge of Office 365 products including a good knowledge of TEAMS and ability to learn new systems quickly (Avature and or Work and Pay).
  • Enthusiasm and passion to get the job done in a timely fashion and to a high standard.
  • An ability and desire to be part of a multi‑disciplined team where the workload and SME knowledge is shared across each team member.
  • Our colleague data needs to be accurate so it’s important that you have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
  • Demonstrate the required skills to produce accurate work and organise your workload effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent resilience in a fast paced and varied role, adapt to changing priorities and be supportive of others in the team.
