Aztrum Recruitment is working exclusively with a fast-growing, nationally recognised IT services provider that is redefining how organisations approach technology. Specialising in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed services, this business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help drive its continued success.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of sales strategy execution and team performance across the UK. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, developing long-term client partnerships, and leading a skilled sales function to consistently exceed revenue targets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Owning and managing the end-to-end sales process for complex, high-value IT solutions

Identifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts

Leading, coaching, and developing the Account Management team to maximise performance

Building strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key industry contacts

Contributing to sales strategy, forecasting, and national growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within IT services or a Managed Service Provider

Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills

A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as required

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
