Administrative Management
We’re looking for a relentlessly organised PA & Office Manager to stay one step ahead of our Founder / CEO and keep our world-class studio looking its best.
About the jobThis is not your average PA role. You’ll have real influence at the heart of a fast‑paced brand & creative agency. Whether it’s untangling a complex diary and inbox or getting the studio prepped for a client visit, this role is about one thing—details. For our CEO, you’ll own the diary and inbox, coordinate meetings, handle the occasional errand, and act as a trusted, discreet partner who makes everything run smoothly.
For our studio, you’ll take full ownership of the experience. That means supplies and equipment sorted, meeting spaces prepped, visitors welcomed, Health & Safety handled, and constant subtle upgrades that keep our studio looking tip‑top. You’ll also be our link to The Social Hub—building strong relationships with their team and making sure we get the most out of the community and everything else The Social Hub has to offer.
On top of that, you’ll be proactive in creating a positive culture and working environment for our team, celebrating birthdays and milestones, organising team events, and being the person who makes Made Brave feel like Made Brave.
