Facilities Support Centre Assistant
Location:
The Albus, 110 Brook Street, Glasgow, G40 3AP
Working hours: Monday - Friday (Alt weeks 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Your new role
What you’ll do:- Work within the Facilities Support Centre to assist with planning operative’s diaries and chasing subcontractor updates
- Assist with follow on reports from the operational team
- Requesting extensions for various tasks ensuring sufficient reasons are given
- Communicate with our operations teams and subcontractors
- Process work based paperwork and save them against our systems
- Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required
- An enquiring mind who enjoys problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work effectively within a team
