We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused Buying Administrator who embodies these values and is excited to contribute to the success of one of the UK's leading watch & jewellery retailers.
Position- Purchase Order Management – Create, process, and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely acknowledgments from suppliers.
- Product Data & System Management – Keep product details up-to-date, set up new lines, and maintain range plans.
- Supplier Coordination – Build strong relationships with suppliers, chase deliveries, and resolve queries.
- Stock Monitoring & Allocation – Track stock levels, forecast best sellers, and ensure stores have the right products at the right time.
- Online Product Support – Work with the web team to ensure accurate product listings and images for e-commerce.
- Customer & Internal Enquiries – Provide excellent service to stores and manage special order paperwork.
- Reporting & Analysis – Assist with sales reports, pricing updates, and performance analysis.
- General Admin Support – Organise documentation, schedule supplier meetings, and support the buying team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in buying, merchandising, or administration is a plus
