The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Works Coordinator in support of our Glasgow Depot. This is a fixed‑term contract role.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000.00 depending on experience

What you will be doing
  • Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
  • Raising purchase orders through our online portals
  • Organising vehicle maintenance calendars
  • Arranging and tracking works permits
  • Supporting risk assessments & method statements
  • Collating personnel‑related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
  • Logging absence requests
  • General admin duties around the depot
