AboutThe Role
We are currently recruiting for a Works Coordinator in support of our Glasgow Depot. This is a fixed‑term contract role.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000.00 depending on experience
- Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
- Raising purchase orders through our online portals
- Organising vehicle maintenance calendars
- Arranging and tracking works permits
- Supporting risk assessments & method statements
- Collating personnel‑related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
- Logging absence requests
- General admin duties around the depot
