BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Support Services Administrator to join our FM segment of the business and to join our the team at the Williamswood High School. Working 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
You will co-ordinate and manage all site based administrative duties including allocation of work to engineers via CAFM (reactive & planned), process completion information, arrange access, liaise with subcontractors to arrange access, log calls, GRN processing, generation of purchase orders, general administration duties as required.
Making Possible
Duties will include (not limited to):
• Provide support to the Facilities Management team.
• Log, dispatch and complete reactive & PPM tasks to ensure SLA compliance.
• Liaise with sub-contractors to arrange attendance & chase for reports to complete tasks.
• Daily monitoring of outstanding work and progress to completion.
• Purchase order generation.
• Receipting purchase orders via Basware Alusta.
• Generation of weekly outstanding task reports for all sites.
• Review outstanding PO’s for previous service years and chase for updates and complete.
• Assist with preparation of monthly client reports (first draft to be issued 1st working day of each month).
• Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
• Provide support to the contract admin team.
• First point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Reception duties.
• General administration support/duties.
