Solar and BESS Document Controller (Utility-Scale Projects)

Seeking an experienced Solar and BESS Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation for large-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have experience handling document control processes within the renewable energy sector, ensuring that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of project documentation, including contracts, designs, reports, and correspondence, ensuring they are properly filed and archived.
• Maintain an organized document management system, ensuring all documents are version-controlled and easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards for documentation handling and archiving.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, construction, procurement) and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller on utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple documents and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with document control software and systems.
• Knowledge of renewable energy industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
