Legal Secretary- Private client

Position: Legal Secretary- Private client (Permanent)
Service care Solutions have an exciting opportunity, that has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a growing Private Client Team. This team specialises in private client work and asset protection matters, including wills, estate administration, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship Orders, trusts, estate planning, and all aspects of inheritance, capital gains, and income tax.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with lawyers to understand work priorities and manage deadlines effectively
Manage diaries and schedule meetings and appointments, both internal and external
Arrange travel and meeting logistics
Prepare documents, presentations, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets, and organisational charts
Audio and copy typing for complex and confidential documents (supported by a Document Production team)

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience dealing directly with clients by telephone
Legal secretarial experience, preferably within a private client environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
