Central Scotland (outside Glasgow)
• 2 Days Hybrid

We're looking for a friendly and organised Customer Care Administrator to join our team within the construction / house building sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organised, and working in a busy office environment.

• Answering and managing customer care enquiries
• Logging issues and arranging repairs with contractors
• Chasing updates and making sure jobs are completed on time
• Keeping records up to date
• Supporting the customer care team with general admin tasks

• Must have experience working with a builder or within construction / house building
• Good communication skills and a friendly manner
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Previous office or admin experience
