Commercial Property Manager

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Property Management Specialist to support the effective day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties. This role is well suited to a proactive and highly organised professional with strong administrative capability and a genuine interest in commercial property management.

• Support the management and coordination of commercial property operations across multiple sites
• Act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with lease administration, including documentation, compliance, and record management
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, liaising with service providers to ensure timely resolution
• Support budget management, invoice processing, and financial reporting
• Ensure properties remain compliant with health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider property management team

• Previous experience in property management, facilities, or a related administrative role (commercial property preferred)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with property management systems
